President Dick Cheney demonstrated to local Little League players
today the proper way to throw the 'Halliburton spitball'. Cheney
said the secret is use Vaseline instead of real spit and then to aim
right for the forehead. "Forget all that good sportsmanship claptrap
and go right for the throat! When I was your age, I used every dirty
trick in the book just like my hero Ty Cobb did," said Cheney right
before he hit the umpire in the stomach with the ceremonial first
